I bought most of the same stuff Randy...same results. If it had been any more expensive I'd be pretty agitated. I'm taking the same path. I'll either buy from the RTH family or a reputable dealer where I can actually see and touch the rough before I invest my hard earned cash. I have a great contact near Bristol TN that has some beautiful stuff. I visited him last August when I was down there for the NASCAR race and I'll visit him on both trips down there this year. I've also made a couple local contacts here in NY, but I haven't yet seen any of their material.

These folks are back with yet another new name. This time they are using mtminerals as their ebay front. When you go to the store it still says astro gallery in the upper left hand corner.

As fanatic said, they're still there as adballiance. 100% positive feedback so far, but can't tell if they're gaming the feedback.

Just to resurrect a dead thread...
As fanatic says above - mtminerals is the new name for astrogallery. But they only seem to sell mineral specimens now - with only a little bit of rough rock.
But as Randy said - back in the Astrogallery days, you could get some really good deals on great rough if you did the math first. Too bad they seemed to have changed formats...

I stick to the good ol RTH for rocks. I used to buy off ebay but haven't in a while. I like buying rocks here because you know who you are dealing with, there's tons of wonderful people here who have every kind of rock if you just ask, and i'd rather support fellow rock buddies. Steve
