Something went wrong with my 8" All-U-Need, either in the motor or the speed control switch. Even though the machine is out of it's warranty period the machine doesn't have many hours on it. Anyway, Marty at Good Baer Services, the company that makes the machine, was nice enough to agree to fix the machine for me as if it was still under warranty. Thanks to Marty. I love the All-U-Need and I really miss it. It always sits right by my futon in my den and it just doesn't look right in here with it missing.

Well, I take back all my kudos. I'm now told that the motor got mud in it because of a mod I made. There is no way that the water got into the motor for the reason that Marty Baer stated. The mod was only made a couple of weeks ago and fron the pictures it had to take longer than that for that much mud to have gotten to the motor. Anyway, now he wants $189 to fix the thing. No way is it worth spending that type of money on. I should have just built my own lap from scratch like I originally planned.

Now it's been going on a month since I told them to skip the repair and send the broken machine back. I've sent 5 e-mails so far and they haven't bothered to respond to any of my e-mails.
