Here is a pair of photos that shows off the flash from a piece of Labradorite that I tumbled in a mixed batch recently. This piece just came out of a 10 day AO polish tumble, but has yet to go through the final burnish. The piece has a nice electric blue flash to it, so I took these two photos in direct sunlight, rotating the piece a bit:

Is that lapis too? I always thought that lapis was a deep blue?

That Lapis looks a lot like Labradorite.
