Wow! Hey, is that jasper that's litterally littering the ground? Is this a common thing on the west coast? Great pics Daniel

Randy, I dreamed Oregon was littered with jasper. But in reality, we drove 387 miles to the Oregon/Idaho border and then 10 miles on a dirt road through Succor Creek canyon and then about 15 miles into the mountains - real boonies. But once at the claim it was just littering the ground. It had been dug out of the hilltop with equipment over the years and the best and biggest pieces were carted off. The rest was pushed out along the canyon walls. Thats what I'm standing on.
We had to get permission, and it is not supposed to be for commercial use. IF that rule get broken too much, they will stop giving clubs permission to dig the tailings.
