Haven't worked the stuff yet. Saving for the cabber a penny at a time. lol. But hey, when I bought these, I didn't even know a tile saw could rock. They were "love em and going to do it someday" purchases. I have more pics but it is someone else's turn.

If you're saving for a cabbing machine, don't settle for anything less than what you really want or you'll never be completely happy. I got the Genie, it's what I wanted so it's what I saved up for. Alot of the money came from selling Vibe tumbled necklace pendants, more than 400 pendants per batch and they sell FAST at the craft shows.

Thanks for the tip. I want the Lortone (with the arbor that holds all six wheels) The Genie I think is very similar and I agree with you, better to save a little longer than settling for something less.
I bet you have a following and demand for your pendants.

Here is a piece of Mookaite I got on Ebay. It weighted a little over 9 lbs and I got it for $10.00 plus shipping it should cut some good slabs. Keith

9 pound chunk of mook for ten bucks? Damn!! .....Those make some awesome slabs, one thing that I can tell ya is that they're as hard as a chunk of Brazilian agate so they'll wear out a blade, but it's worth it. ;D .... Great pics y'all, I wanna see more!

Well, since Randy asked for it... Here is my last eBay purchase for a while, a 9 lb. chunk of carnelian agate. I'll be heading out of the country for four weeks, so I plan to smash this up and leave it tumbling for the duration.

Well, randy, I'll have to pass the torch of this thread to someone else as I am done buying on eBay for a while. I swear! :-) It'll take me at least a year to work through the rough I have piled up now. I can't wait!

The stone is from earlier this year a 7lb chunk of tiffany stone. Filled up a flat rate box with some other bits I'll take some more pics. The laps I won yesterday, paid for today, going to pick them up in a couple of weeks.
