Is anyone wanting to work with fossils, coral & petoskey stones, and could use some?? I was thinking someone would like to trade some for something we don't have around here. We go out and most of what we can find is granite and some fossils, coral & petoskey stones. I keep saying "we are not picking up granite" and what ends up in the bag!!! Yup full of granite;=____

I would like to trade you a box of Agate, Jasper, Rhyolite and Petrified wood for a box with only Petoskey stones. I also have onyx. Do you want to trade pound for pound? I can send up to 20 pounds in a small flat rate box or 30 pounds in the large flat rate box. Jason Acmjrb78@aol.com I will send you stone from my stock pile....

jASON,
!!!!wow !!!
I could never come up with such wonderful stone as what you have there.
We went though the box of mixed fossils, coral and petoskey. We cane up with 10 pounds. My stock is low because we just got started after my mom gave me some boxes that she picked up 50 years ago. although I have been after rocks for years for landscrape.
You say pound for pound===no way!!! what I have is not as good as what you have.
How about I send you what we come up with and you send 1/2 that amout back here??? Or I send you and you send what you think it is worth==might be just a hand full. I will be very happy with anything that you have seeing how wonderful they look;-))))
If any of this sound ok just email me your snail mail.
BTW we are going to petoskey, mi this Sat. for more fun on the beach.===more stones;-)))

It’s really neat the way people seem to treat each other on this site. Whether it be in responding to requests for advice, sharing experiences or techniques, or in material trades or other transactions, for the most part I’m very impressed with the way the members here treat each other.
I’m glad I stumbled onto this site.

Had some trouble and was off line for a while. sorry it took this long to let it be known that I received fast and good,I'm so happy.
I received 2 nice big boxes just complety full of wonderful stone, slabs, ecc. from NM and WA
Each piece was wow look at this one;-))))
The boxes was so full I felt sorry for the post lady. then the next day she put one nice size/looking slab in our box=she found it in her car at the end of the day.
Thank you all so much.
BTW Hubby and I got away yesterday and went up to the best place to hound for the petoskys and had a wonderful day. It was cold and windy but the finds made it worth it.

I’m glad I stumbled onto this site. Garrett Somehow my brain read that as "... I’m glad I tumbled onto this site." ;D
