Any idea what the hardness of that is Ralph? Shore is purty stuff!

yes, its around a 3. i have seen it made into cabs. I love the color of it.

I have a couple chunks of it , I didnt get it from Maryanne & Ralph thu. I have made a couple cabs with, it shines up nicely , the edges can be a bit crumbly at lease with the stuff I have

Hardness varies but generally pretty soft. There is some stuff out of SO CAL that has a lot of quartz in it so much harder.

Looks like gumdrops! it's pretty soft - getting a nice shine is a bit hard, cuz the surface is bumpy

I've made a few cabs. I have 3 different varieties of it, two are a bit more solid than the third. They all take a great shine but they will grind down very fast so ya gotta be careful.
