Enchanted Garden has lots of rock from all over the world. Very little rough, no equipment.

Veberod does their own lapidary and makes jewelry. They have jewelry supplies, lapidary equipment (Lortone) and supplies, and a relatively small selection of tumbling rough (and some finished stones).

You might have better luck finding what you're looking for if you have time to get across the river to Berg's Rock Shop (about 45 minutes from downtown Mpls). Never been there, but they have a good rep and a traditional rockhound shop.
