I though the 30lbs I got last year were a lifetime supply. But, I guess there is always room for a bit more. I got a great price form one of my favorite ebay dealers, and the chance to hand pick my pieces. I tried for less typical. I avoided the green crystal'ly stuff with the small red dot in the center. 26lbs total. I'll add some individual pics later.

Awesome stuff!! I like the one in the third thumbnail the best, that would make some really cool cabs.

I really like the one that's on the far left - the orange and pink and green and yellow one.

That burgundy one in the second thumbnail upper right corner is my favorite and bet the cabs will be stunning. It is a beautiful mix of colors in all of these.

I expect there will be some left over for me though. (I could even cut a few in half so I don't have to completely part with any nice ones.)

Wow! Love all those pics...and I really like the close-up shots. Sure puts a new world in front of your eyes! That pink outlined one looks like it's gonna be fantastic. I also like the one with lavanderish coloring. You're having too much fun Dan! Steve

Very nice rocks Daniel. I am starting to really like that ocean jasper, just wish it was not quit so expensive. I like the one with the pink and green swirls.... Jason

Jason - This rough has been selling at shows for $10 to $12 with an occasional $8. Last fall I got 30lbs for $7. I find that buying >$100 and picking up in person gets me deep discounts. (Not to mention the benefits of hand picking). I averaged <$6 on this trip. BUT, I got most of the ones with nice pattern in the 2-4lb range. There is other good amterial, and a barrel I have never even looked into yet, but it tends to be 15-20lb pieces. They will eventually be blocked an put on ebay, and smaller pieces will exist again at some point.

It's strange - some of that material really shows that the Kambaba (or however you want to spell it!) source really is that close...
