I had a tension spring on the power drive of my LS-10 slab saw give up. I looked in local supply houses and could not find one similar to it. I emailed Lortone about buying one or at least getting specs to order one from somewhere and almost immediately got a request for my addess. They sent me one out 2 days later NO CHARGE!! I am back slabbing again and passing along thanks to Lortone for their good customer service!
