well aint that just swell.....they dont like the no tell policy....they dont like children being taught military history....they dont like the discipline being distilled in them....they dont like the way they are forced to shine there shoes....they dont like them because they make the members of the J-ROTC make the seem of there shirts match the zipper line of there pants....i reckon american pride is now a target.
and they want to replace J-ROTC with ......an ETHNIC STUDY COARSE......america is in a rut....it seems nothing means nothing any more.....kev.

That's crazy!! JROTC isn't even a required course, but rather an elective with plenty of after school hours required as well.

yep...crazy aint it.....some are saying that because it takes the place of physical ed....thats another reason....my kid gotta run constantly...mile after mile.
sit ups....push ups...pull ups... constantly.....a lot of is his own choice.....but it seems to be the choice of the J-ROTC unit as a whole.
i bet that 1 of the reasons that they dont like it also.....is he spends 3 days a week with weapons....practicing the so called AIM of a weapon....hes on the rifle team.....as a bunch of others in san fran....im sure.
they cant have that in san fran...can they now....kev.

they should make it mandatory instead of phys-ed this way they would get some exercise and learn some dam manners this way we wouldn't have so many smart ass kids runnin around today outta control cause mosta the parents just open the door and let there kids run wild anymore -- they have no common sense or respect--- i think the young people that want to take it know there going places thats why they do it
