Several posts mention removing difficult pits with a Dremel tool? What type of bits have users found effective.? Carbide, diamond, stone, other? Size\shape?
Please advise, thanks!

I used a Dremel for a while whith Diamond tips in a variety of shapes( 80 grit) depending on the area I wanted to clean up. I wore out a lot of tips and there was still an identation. I decided to try a 100 SiC wheel, dry on my Home Depot bench grinder to shape the entire area in and around the area I was working on. Faster, less expensive and the tumbled shapes finished better in my opinion.
