Hi everybody! I have been away for too long. I had to cut some jade to get back in practice. I sold my 3000 Nova on ebay and replaced it with a 14,000. What a difference! 600 & 1200 is a good pre-polish on most stones. I don't know why they put the 3000 on the Genies these days. Anyways, here's the cabs. Mongolian Jade back-lit Unk location on all these- Thanks for looking Geoff

That Mongolian jade is a beauty! It looks like a Siberian jade piece I have, seems to have black pepper on it.

Very nice cabs there Geoff. The last one is my favorite. Most like cost is the reason, but hey who knows these days...lol.

Thanks so much for your wonderful comments. The Mongolian jade does look like Siberian, perhaps my wifes friends got it from there.
The polish was achieved with the 14,000 wheel on my Genie. I had trouble using the 3000 so it's 600 and right to 14,000.
I met a couple that only sells Jade. I was told that Jade is found in more than 800 different colors.

Those are some nice looking cabs. Jade isn't the easiest stone to polish, but you managed it.
