Larger box wouldn't need as many/large holes, if any.
Pin a wet towel to the inside (with a couple of holes to the outside to re-wet it) of the box for the humidity.
Remember a couple of weeks ago when you were worried about the load freezing? ;D ;D

Remember a couple of weeks ago when you were worried about the load freezing? ;D ;D DR Joe . Indeed! I think I've solved the evaporation problem using Texaswoodie's suggestion from this thread: forum.rocktumblinghobby.com/index.cgi?board=tottumb&action=display&thread=25917&page=2(firewalker45 offered a similar suggestion, too) I was using a sheet of plastic wrap under the standard Lot-O cap secured with a bungee chord (a variation on Connrock's suggestion in the same thread), but I guess the cap doesn't conform to the shape of the barrel opening closely enough to make a good seal. I secured the wrap with a rubber band just after midnight last night and didn't go out to check the load until 10 this morning. The rubber band had popped loose (probably had the wrap stretched too tight) but the load wasn't dried out yet, so it must have popped off just before I went out to check it. Now I've got the bungee chord that was holding the cap on stretched across the opening the same way as before, but without the cap. The chord should keep the rubber band from popping off again. I still might try the Press 'n Seal that Eileen suggested... Mark
