Some of you said you had a work horse tile saw. Is this a hand held or a table saw. I am going to buy a tile saw for myself for xmas but I do not want a hand held where I have to hold the rock and push down on it. I thought it would feed like a table saw. Your advise is appreciated.
Thanks Tink

The brand name is 'Work Force' It's a 7" bladed saw $80-$90 @ HD. It's just like a miniature table saw. By it for yourself? Is that Legal? HHhhmmmm. Dr Joe .

A Workforce doesn/t have a vise so you do have to advance the rock by hand.A diamond blade won't cut{actually grind} flesh, but it could fling the rock if you don/t hold tight and go too fast or not straight.Use this board's search feature for much more info.Mike.

Buy the WorkForce at Home Depot. You'll love it.

They also have a more deluxe model that has a larger table and a fence. You can check it out on their websirte. It's still a bargain. Mark H.
