It sold for $101.00 with shipping. Could have bought one new for just about the same money. I don't recall what I paid for my AR-6, but it was about $120.00 I think. Oh well.

Sometimes people just get caught-up in the bidding, and some people just can't stand to be out-bid. The winner of this auction obviously got caught in one of these common eBay pitfalls. As a seller, it's great to see this happen, as long as the entire transaction goes smoothly. "Winners" often have "bidders' remourse" after this happens, and look for a way out of it, and the seller suffers for it.

Chuck- that website is a gun supplier. The tumblers for polishing brass casings are much cheaper because they are light-duty. If you do a search there are several gun suppliers selling the AR-6 at that price Do a search for the AR-6 "rock tumbler" and you'll see the price difference. Kingsley North is one of the suppliers.

Yup - there's only one model of A-R6. I think there's only one model of all the smaller Thumlers. It's not until you get into the vibes that Thumlers seems to differentiate between rock and cartridges.
