I bought the Magellan Maestro, 4250. It has everything. It's not waterproof either. I just put it away in my windshield pouch when and if I have to ride in the rain. I bought a handelbar mount for it off ebay for like $6 and that worked fine, except the mount for the gps wasn't that sturdy and if I hit a good bump it came off the Magellan mount. I noticed that the waterproof GPS units are alot more expensive than just a normal GPS. My new cell phone has GPS built in so this next year I'll be using that instead. I don't want to loose a $300 GPS unit over a bump. The cell phone can fit in my shirt pocket or the windshiel pouch better than that huge Magellan can. I got the Sprint Instinct phone at Best Buy for $79 and for $99 a month, I have unlimited calling, text, picture and video sending along with unlimited internet, GPS stuff and also have TV and radio on it.

The thing I like about the Magellan is the "points of intrest" It'll show you alot of cool things to see and do. Also finding a place to eat, you can search by type of food, so if Marni wants to eat sea food, I can find it for her. It also has the phone numbers of all points of intrest along with the hours...
