Well I did these wraps before Christmas but couldn't post them until I gave them to Bejewelme. These are my first earrings. The set is bronzite and gold. The earrings have my a wrapped bail glued onto the back. Just the pendant. Today was the birthday of one of my best friends daughter. I found out she liked purple but didn't have any so I stole a piece of Tiffany stone from Amber's pile. This is really pretty and very deep purple. Its wrapped in silver. I'm still struggling with my bales, I need to take more time and put more forethought into them.

Tony, those are absolutely gorgeous. The Bronzite is stunning with the gold wire and the cabs have such a beautiful shine. I bet Amber was thrilled when she opened the box and I bet with her blonde hair, she makes the set look even more stunning.
I may have some suggestions that might help with the bail bindings if you don't mind, but I would need to see the back of the Bronzite pendant before I open my mouth. I first want to make sure that my suggestion is right for the bail style you created. I also struggle with bails but stumbled on some tricks that might help you also.

Tony: I did LOVE the bronzite set!!! It is beautiful, the stones have great shine and lots of gold flecks that look so nice with the gold wire, and your first earrings!!! I loved them. Glad you swiped the tiffany stone, because now I see it cabbed and boy I like it!!!! Maybe I will try that soon. Thank you for making Christmas so nice for me, I got lots of cabbing accessories, I am ready for my machine!! Amber

Magnificent stones Tony! Those wraps are beautiful too. I really love the material, and the shapes of the cabs are super, really delicate looking. The patterning in those is awesome too, like gilded dragon skin or something! Cool stuff, and a nice job all round. The purple Tiffany stone is amazing, that stuff is really bright and the patterns are entrancing. Thanks for sharing your works, and lucky Amber! That looks like a great deal! Cheers, Sparkles.

That's an awesome set for an awesome person Tony! The gold wire really brings out the gold flecks in the stones! You can't go wrong with purple either! Beautiful! Fran

The bronzite is really set off by the gold. And the Tiffany is so vibrant! I dont have any with that type of patterns.
Great job Tony.

Yeah, man.... that gold looks great on the bronzite! How does that girl of yours wear all this stuff she gets. She must go to work looking like a pretty Quazimodo Good with the ear rings too. I have to try some of those next. The thing that helped me get at least a passable bail or two was getting the wires squared so the binding has corners. I have to use tape and foreceps to do it, but it does help the bail look better, at least on occasion, for me T

Tony: Its all about accesorizing, I gotta have cabs to match every outfit! I love that people ask me everyday who made it and what is it? I am excited about the earrings, because I really like things that match!!! I might need a really heavy necklace so I can wear them all at once because it is starting to get tough to choose in the morning!
