I have no idea about what that could be...Maybe a byproduct of coper/lava mix? All I know is that the colors are beautiful! Fran

I can't quite tell but is there some blue on the left side of that green rock? If so maybe it's a mix of Azurite and Malichite but I could be all wet. What ever it is it's beautiful.
That crystal white one it a beaut also.

I'd say some kind of copper silicate mineral. Looks like azurite, crysocolla and some malachite.

It's hard to tell for sure from the pic, but the green one looks like malachite. Althouth it cabs beautifully, it is hazardous to your health to work, so if you work it, be sure to keep water (or spray) on it at all times. They also recommend wearing a respirator when working it and cleaning any residue off you hands when done. It's primarily the dust you need to worry about, so once you're done working the piece and clean everything up you're good to go. I know this topic section is for specimens you don't intend to cab/slab, but I just thought I would throw this tidbit of info in for somebody who may be contemplating working some malachite.
