I will keep you all posted and try to get some pics of this bach when it is done. I also will get some pics of the last bach of Brazillian Agate that just got done.

That's great! The agates I have going now have been in rough for 5 weeks and look to have about 3 more at least...Takes so much time but worth it! I am looking forward to seeing yours! Fran

After 10 days visiting the in-laws, I checked out my Brazillian carnelian agate. It was in its 5th round of rough (most of which are 5 days, this one 10 days, in 60/90 SC). I was able to pull out a small handful of rocks for the medium stage, but that's it! I added more fresh rock, 10 TB of new grit, and set it off on round 6. Of course, I like my rocks to be very rounded and smooth, so I expect it will take many rounds. That rock is hard stuff that seems to take a really long time to round out!
