Finally got some pics, but not as good as I would like. I am still trying to figure out the camera. These are shots of the final stuff ... some have nice polish while others look matte and some have none. But .... they are my first finished batch ... yes I am going to leave them this way to remind how I started and yes how well I feel I did the first time. I also have some funky looking ones ... black marbling (sort of), I think a small piece of lavender, and something that if given more time (in my opinion) I could honestly say is Tiger Eye. I have a few more .... but you get the gist .... Tell me what you think .... I take offense at nothing. Thanks All!

For a first tumble, they are excellent! Should see my first ones ;D ;D
It's a good idea to take a pic and compare all your future tumbles. Each load will be better than the one before. It's neat to see your progression from load to load.
Good job!

It looks like you were doing well ... but I think it was a wise decision to get better stones to tumble. ;D

So far, so good and a first tumble is always a good experience! I am having a hard time seeing them well but I think they are looking good. It is a wise decision to go on to other, better stones and you can use these as filler as you go. Maybe try the next larger size of photo next time when you upload will help us folks with bad eyes. I am looking forward to seeing your next ones! Fran

I like 640x480 pic size. It's big enough to show decent detail and fit anyone's screen, but small enough to allow the pics to load relatively easy.

Hi all!
I finally figured out what the problem is with the camera.
There is a feature on my camera called Macro ... This allows for close ups on smalll objects.
Wow ... it is amazing what you can learn if you just read the manual ... ;D
