What is a "Raleigh fender mod" ? This saw came from the estate of an old collector who lived not too far from Raleigh , North Carolina . Any relation ?

I know exactly what kind of saw that is: it's a saw that needs to be used!

Wow , that's it, alright ! I found it really strange that there was no tag on mine . Usually on most all machinery is a date with manufacturer make and model & Serial Number . But I couldnt find one on mine , and I pretty much looked every where . Does yours have a tag on it ( and where ) ? Thanks Rodney

on the worm gear / Bull gear is the Model No. and Series #.
Though i see your Switch has been replaced.
On your Gear feed drive was a red metal Round label on the gear cover.
The Drop tray is the other label that covers the arber guard plate.
Diamond Pacific, Has a lot of parts for your saw such as the vise woods, vise deck, vise screw clap to feed screw, the Dog vise and handle to clamp the rock.
I have two 16'' HPs in the same date range as your saw.
Take good care of it. you`l enjoy a few more life time`s using it....and it well last it too. Though cut on the slow feed.
