Here is a scull I picked up off of E-bay. Type of a goat. Plan to prep it some day. The amber has bugs in it to, tuff to get a good pic of them. This is a shot of the Red Deer River valley near Rumsey Alberta. The next few are of a dig I stumbled on to. Looks like something got into one of the casts. This is in the South Saskatchewan River valley. Looks like a private dig. No RTM stamp. (Royal Tyrrell Museum)

Really nice pics! I love seeing where things are found and that looks neat with the skull in the matrix around it. Fran

Now that looks familiar, My family and I would camp just south of there at the Morrin bridge before we moved to Saskatchewan. Beautiful along that river. Great skull too.

Did you ever do any hunting around that bridge? I checked it on goggle earth, looks like a good area and there is a boat launch. I'm going to take the jet boat out there this spring and go for a tour.

Great finds and also a great area to hunt in ! You probably needn't worry about bumping into many other people out there.
Wish it was closer !

It is a very nice place. I have never bumped in to anyone there yet. Except for the odd rattler. There is also a buffalo jump a few miles away. Dry Island Buffalo jump. Phil Curry refound the largest Albertasourus bone bed that was found in the1920's by Barnum Brown Would be nice to stumble on to that dig. Thanks I'm glad you all like the pics.
