could you post a pic of the tumbler? --- would it be possible to just cut the ones you have now and shorten up the end ? --- also if it is just a case of the barrels moving up and down the shafts , you could just wrap several rounds of tape on the shaft to keep them in place ( build up a stopping point on the shaft)
