That is a really cool specimen. I would also like to know what it is and any extra info you have about it. I love how the colors go from purple, black and white to an orangey point, or maybe the purple and black is the matrix and the point is the crystal?

Is that amethyst tipped with another mineral? I just can't recall right now what it would be. It is a really nice specimen! Fran

Thunder Bay amethyst is gorgeous!!!!! The red and purple combination is always very eye catching.
