I have casually asked about these blades in other threads but I really would like to know if anyone here has used them. I still need a 6" trim saw blade and this seems to be an established brand. i really want to keep the cost below $50 total on the trim saw blade (Model J). i need a thin kerf blade, liek 12 mils. Thanks!

I have not tried a UKAM but if your looking for a decent blade cheap try one of the sintered ones from here. They are $16 rocklady1.com/Products.htmlI use one of thier 8" sintered blades and it seems really good for the price. Very thin blade too.

I have seen her ebay listings- the blade has a 3/4" hole and my arbor is 1/2". She has bushings for $4.95, as I recall. The edge looked thick in thephoto and i don't generally like that, but for the price I don't think I oculd go wrong. I might give it a try...thanks! Mark H.

On the 8" blade I have it is less than 2mm thick. Probably closer to 1mm. Just guesstimating though. I needed a bushing for mine too, but got mine at home depot. They were cheaper there at the time.

Ok I ran outside and took a picture. Here is the blade on my saw compared to a dime. About 1/2 as thick as a dime. So I guess less than 1 mm thick.
