Both batches look fantastic! I love that red jasper! Now I am really looking forward to getting some of mine done! The 4th group of quartz on the right. Is that hematoid quartz? Looks like some I have that is in the rough stage now...I am really looking forward to the results now! Fran

Thanks Jamie, Amber! It was touch and go, and a few fell by the wayside, but I'm so pleased I persevered. Wow, I looked it up and I think you're right, it just might be Hematoid Quartz. Thanks Fran! Found it at a park about 3 miles away. And... I'm really glad you like that one! Jo

You spelled perverted and hemorrhoid wrong. I still like that blue flash rocks, and I have a bag full of those. I hope to find more blue flash in there!!

WOW! That's a LOT of finished rocks! What a shine! You're really getting to be a pro at photography, too!
I really appreciate that you've shown how a wide variety of my material looks once it's been worked. I sell a lot of rock but I only see a very small portion of it after it's been worked, so this was a real treat. My "if it's pretty, hard, and looks to me like it'll make nice jewelry" method of hounding may seem a bit unorthodox to some, so I hope that these pics can give folks a bit of confidence that I do know what I'm doing (sorta LOL). Every rock that I find, I REALLY do visualize as a piece of jewelry, and when I see everyones' pics after "the magic" has been done, it's nice to see that they almost always come-out as I expected, and that really boosts my confidence and motivation. Thank you VERY much!
