Yeah, I don't get it. 7" blades in the store are $45. Go figure.

This post must have sparked a bit of interest , as I was looking at the blades I noticed there were 83 non registered customers looking at the saw blades besides myself !

I'm tempted to return my store-bought MK-225, but I noticed that the Home Depot 7" & 10" on-line sale blades have mfg model/part numbers of 198016 & 198017 and "assembled widths" of 0.125". MK Diamond uses 158434 & 158436 and thicknesses of 0.050". Most other stores use the same MK numbers. Do an internet search of the terms "hot dog", "MK-225" and "198016" and you'll see some references to QEP Co. Has anyone received one of these blades yet?

Now I'm worried. I don't think they could use the trademarked term "Hot Dog" for another brand. I think HD made an error. If I recall, QEP made the original WF blade, now not available.

I received my three HotDog blades today, and they are indeed the thin blades just like the ones at the store, except at less than half of the price. I'm stoked!!
