I got some more rocks from Tony yesterday and immediately cut into a few of them and then the electric went off until a little while ago. 70 mph winds and lots of trees down. Lots of people still without electric. Back to the slabs: I put this rock in, it was big. It took up about half of the box. I thought it might be OGJ but was not sure. So I cut it. Here is a very interesting slab from it.... It has some interesting orbs in it: This slab is 8 inches long. I saw this rock in the bunch and I could see spots of colors in it so I had to see what was inside. Don't know what it is, but it is real nice stuff: I thought this rock was petrified wood, but it also had a streak of color in it that wanted to see what it did inside the rock so I cut it a few times. After I cut it I am not sure if it is wood or maybe some Burro Creek. Maby Tony can shed some light on these last two. Thanks for lookin' and I hope you enjoy. Hope

HI Hope, Nice slices. The top one is Owyhee Green. The second one is a piece out of the Utah estate, hard to give an identification, we don't know what a lot of that stuff is. The third one is opalized wood from the new Oregon estate.
Glad you are all ok with the big storm. Nice cuts................Tony

Thanks for the ID, Tony. I like to know what I have as much as possible so I can learn and also tell others what they are looking at when they come by my shop.
I wanted to tell you I really appreciate your packaging of the boxes. You put enough tape on the corners of those FRB's that keep them from coming apart at the corners. I have had some boxes come completely open at the corners and have lost a few rocks because of it. I am sure that there has been more than one Postal truck driver that found a weird rock in the back of their truck and picked it up and threw it out in a ditch somewhere. lol
