I got several slices off the agate when I cut it up to make the ring so as a surprise I made these earrings out of the same stone, I took bezel wire and wrapped the slices and soldered a ring on the top. next time I will use slightly wider bezel wire. Thanks for looking backlit , backlit

Thanks for sharing! Those are beautiful. Although it looks similar to the "groove wrap" I know they aren't. Pardon my ignorance, but just what is a Bezel Wire? I'm thinking it is wire that is wide with a crease that wraps aroound the edges? Thanks in advance for the explanation, Don

Don, it is .925 sterling silver. Rio Grande just calls it bezel. it is what you wrap around the stone and then solder to the base when you make jewelry, it comes in many profiles and is sold by the ounce it is flat stock and you cut off what you need and solder the ends together and go from there. I guess I call it wire but it is really flat stock sorry for the confusion.
