I finished the cabs I'm doing for a gentleman up my way. He sent me the material and I did the cabs. The particular slab this 1st one came from was full of fractures and not that great of material. This was the 2nd attempt at a cab this shape. The 1st one I started had a fracture in it that cracked when I was cabbing. Don't really care for this one....but finished it up anyways. The next 2 came from a nice Grade A piece he sent as well. I had to cut some slabs from it. This particular cab was very thin as it came from one of the 1st cuts I sliced. I wasn't happy with how thin it was so I decided to do another one for him. I really love Morrisonite at this level. I LOVE the many different hues of greens. Hopefully he'll be happy when we meet up fpr the exchange. It was cold but well worth it today. Steve

You did a gorgeous job of cabbing them. He is going to be really happy. Just that third one alone would cause a person to do the happy dance.
