You know, some times those rocks just keep calling to you til they get louder and louder and no matter what, you have to go out and make some cuts! Looks like those geodes are pretty neat! I have some coming but they are a bit bigger I think. I may have to cut a crevis all the way around them and then tap them with a chissle to get them open... Fran

Dianne, You did these today right? I know you had mentioned that you had recieved the Geodes and how badly you wanted to cut them open. I guess it was just warm enough today right?!!? ;D They look very nice, and I'm glad you decided to get out and do some rock stuff. Supposed to be close to 50 this weekend...I can't wait! ;D Steve

I can relate. I got my 16" saw working today. Didn't even bother heating up the shop. It's -16C(3F) but I had to see how it worked.
