there is a way around it if the card is backed with visa or one of them you just say credit when you use it in a store and theres no fee and when i need cash i ask for a withdrawl check from them at the the bank and write it to cash i never use atm's unless its an emergency i been here about three years and iv done it maybe 3 times
i see what there sayin it is a crime for them to hit them poor people on the head they should cancel that till things start lookin up again atleast for unemployed people that are gettin a fraction of what they usually earn

Dang banks and treating your home like a credit card, and setting up Interest only payments for 7 years is what killed the housing industry, and put us in this to begin with. then the Realtors followed suit and jumped on with over inflating housing prices. As long as they make their money, screw the person they are hanging out to dry. They scream poor me, and the government bails them out. We suffer, and the banks and financial company's get new jets.
I will not touch on oil prices as icing on the cake.
My Bad, rant over.

Let's see, here we have the states making a deal with the mega banks that got huge bailout funds and are STILL on the verge of collapse, getting the unemployment funds. Disgusting! What a racket these bankers got going on.
The unemployed that have this type of situation to deal with should find a smaller bank, preferably a state bank or credit union bank (they are all FDIC insured) open an account, then when their unemployment is deposited in the mega bank, go down there, withdraw all but enough to keep the account valid and put it in the smaller bank.
These mega banks are such crooks, I wouldn't trust them with $1 of my money! Everybody that has money in them should get it out NOW.

B of A wanted my finger print before they would cash a check that was written to me. The teller actually put the ink pad in front of me and expected me to fingerprint the check.
I envisioned someone in there taking my thumb print and pasting it on their own and robbing that bank and pinning it on me. Why the heck else would B of A want my fingerprint. I walked out with the uncashed check.
