Howdy folks, Just had time to snap a quick pic of today's batch just out of the polish. Still working through the odds and ends from the two five gallon buckets I brought with me from Calif. Little bit of everything here, Bots, Brianhead, Prairies, Bubblegums, Poppy jasper from around our Mariposa ranch, Indian Bloodstone, Lavic Jasper, Chihuahua agate and even a bit of Jamie's chrysocolla in quartz. Thanks for lookin....Mel

That is a great looking batch Mel! I like that one clear agate in the center left with red. The chrys acola seems to have held up well too! Fran

Fran: Yeah, I like the clear one too. It's from Brianhead, Utah and looks a lot like pigeon blood agate but then agate from Brianhead is so variable that almost any kid of spotted, mossy, dendritic or brecciated stuff can be found in the area. It takes a terrific polish but much is fractured. I really need to crunch some up and do a full batch someday as it comes in a rainbow of colors too....Mel
