My dad is a Journeyman Millwright that recently lost his job at Boise Cascade here in St. Helens. He was forced to take a job in Wallula, Washington.....about 5 hours away so he now lives there in an RV during the week and comes home just on weekends. I plan on taking the train with my mom some weekend to go visit and was just wondering if there was anything in the way of rocks in that area? He is right on the Walla Walla River.

Shannon i am from that area, my parents live in the tri-cities....
If you can head up a little further into the tri-cities there are alot of desert areas that have good agates.....and a couple places on the yakima river in west richland just under the bridge are a few places as a kid i use to go...but always found good ones there...
half of the agates that i posted are from there though....
