I know Tony's (catman) set-up is way better, but I just have the one saw. I use an old shop vacumn I had and it worked great. I will keep it just for this one job. It drew out every last drop. I had to dump it once in the middle so if I was buying a shop vac. for this job I would get a bigger one. I use those brick to displace the oil and takes less to fill. A little left inside! I only spilled a little bit. ;D Thanks for looking! John

Looks like it worked fine to me!! Still better than mucking it out, no matter what you use. Are you filtering your oil? I see the 2 buckets and a paper sack, but I don't see any mess......LOL

What kind of blade is in your saw? It looks very thick. How do you like it? What size is it?

No mess Tony! I had a 4 year old helping me ;D
Brent, That blade came with the saw, but I believe it was purchased through Stoner at a very reasonable price. It cuts great. It is thick, but I have a thinner one that I just back from Randy who made it true again as it was cupped. I use the thick blade for inexpensive and local rock and the thinner one for stuff I buy.
