Rxceollent batch indeed Forest! Not many beginners have the patience to get the stones well rounded and smooth before moving to the later steps. Your patience paid off with a beautiful bunch of tumbles!.....Mel

Way to go Forest! Now go collect some more rocks with your Dad, but remember every once in a while to ask him for "some of the good stuff". Chuck

Well Forest you have accomplished something that many, many adults have failed at,including myself!!!! To get those kind of results on you first batch or any batch for that matter,is something to be VERY proud of!! Make sure you keep this first batch in a jar or something and don't EVER give all of it away. You will look back at it i the years ahead and have some great memories of doing it and how you got started in this wonderful hobby! My first batch was a bunch of quartz from my driveway and VERY much like yours but it took me almost a year to do and my results were not even close to yours!
Good luck and keep us posted!!
