Actually, I did 4 of these on Sunday ;D These will be the last one that I post for at least a week or two, I'm out of wire again .... This is the one that I did today, if anyone knows what it is please let me know. The gold part is definately metal, and it stayed shiney even when it was laying in the slab pile. I can't even remember where I got it, but I think that Roxy sent it...... Another from the unknown red jasper that Jamie sent me, awesome stuff!! .... Cobra Tiger jasper, I wish I could get more of it!! ... Another white chalcedony, cut from a chunk of Warm Springs agate. This one you can see through.... And another Amethyst sage agate, one of my favorite rocks (also from Jamie)...... Thanks for looking!!

Those are really pretty Randy. I am going to go through withdrawals waiting for your next batch of wire to come in I can't hardly pick a favorite here...I guess I would go with the first one if I had to choose. They are all just so very pretty! Fran

All beautiful as usual (I sound like a broken record). I like the fourth one best........simple but elegant stone. Shannon

I've got it Randy. You just pop a cab out and pop another in the same wrap. ;D ;D ;D You know I'm just kidding you. Astonishing and beautifully done as usual. Ken

It just amazes me you can get so crisp and tight on small cabs and thin wire. Maybe to save on wire you out to see how many wraps you can get on the head of a tack Tony

Wow! They are all just gorgeous but that first one is absolutely stunning. I think it's because of the metal in the stone against the gold wire.
The metal in the cab of the first pic may be pyrite.

The white one gets my vote, but that top one is too cool....someone needs to figure out what it is!

Thanks y'all!! Wolf- the small ones are actually easier for me then the big ones. I think that's because I only use two sizes of cabs, so I know the measurements of wire to use without doing too much thinking. These things almost put themselfs together, the only thinking that I'm left with is how to do the design around the bail.
