Here are the first three freeform wraps that I did for one of the guys in the Gem and Mineral society. He's gonna start traveling around to some shows, and he wants me to wrap his cabs. He left 9 of them the other day to get started........ Rhodocrosite I think? Kentucky agate..... Turquoise......

Those are real nice Randy. Kentucky agate is supposedly just a couple counties over from me. I hope one day this summer to do some serious rock hunting. That and flint is about the only rock to be found around here. I need to be out West. Of course my fav is the turquoise ;D I am a turquoise junkie big time.

Geez Randy, I was really looking forward to seeing what you would do with freeforms. You got really creative with the prongs, You worked your tops to compliment the cab shapes, and gave those cabs a really classy, clean frame. Randy, you never disappoint! Jo

Kentuckyrocker, Donna and I are going to Ky. tomorrow to Marion to dig flourite. We have been east of Glasgow for geodes also, last year. Randy, those are really nice. Like the colors in the Ky. agate. Ken

Hey Ken, both of those regions are around my neck of the woods. Never have heard talk of either. Care to share some tips of places to go? I sure would appreciate it a bunch. Wow. Now that I can do. That would really make for some fun.

Those are amazing! I love freeform and you did incredable wire work with all of them. That Kentucky is my favorite. The colors of the stone and the way you swung the wires to the other side.
I bet after his first show with your wraps, you are going to be wrapping many more for him.

Beautiful!!! I love the first one. It is hard to tell if it is rhodonite or rhodocrosite but either way, it looks so beautiful with that wrap! Of course, the other two are tops too ;D Fran
