Quartz will usually have some degree of "crystalness" (if that is a word) and from what I can tell of those last 2 pics, I think that is probably what they are, quartzite will tend to be kind of grainy, where you can see small crystals under magnification, while "cryptocrystaline" (crystals so small they can't be seen even with magnification) quartz covers the whole agate/jasper family, and I'd say that blue one in your second pic, as well as a lot of the ones in the big picture probably fall into that category.

Well, heres the blue one polished. Don't know what they are but we like them. Here is an example first pictured rocks turn out to be. I know they are not the same one, but that's what they look like found, the one next to it looks like after its polished. and here is an odd one after polished. They are neat and odd, just don't what they are.
