Hello everyone I've been lurking around this forum since before Christmas. I originally found this forum looking for answers to my tumbling questions. I had bought a tumbler for my wife and kids for Christmas, but it has become more of a gift for my wife and myself. I ended up buying a workforce with Christmas money and we both have the bug. My wife was already a rock hound and I have been cutting all her rocks she'll let me get my hands on. I have had numerous questions answered just by reading the post but now I'm ready to join the conversation because we have many more questions still unanswered. We are planning a trip to the Woodward Ranch this summer(I know it'll be hot) and my wife just returned from Arkansas visiting a quartz mine. Well, I just wanted to say hello and I hope to have some great conversations with many of you.

Same to you Tom. It looks like we are fellow Texans and your just a few hours down the coast from me. Thanks for the welcome mudshark...don't worry I will take pictures. I have some pictures I would like to post and I will when work gives me the free time to do so.

Welcome fellow Texan. Going to Woodward eh? I go there often. Great place to find plenty of good agates and to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Meeting Trey and Jan, the owners of the ranch, is even better. Look forward your posts and pictures.
