Hi all...here is a tumble I just completed of Wiggins Fork opalized wood....I love this stuff, it is a wonderful mixture of opal an agate in every color of the rainbow, in my opinion some of the finest wood opal you'll find anywhere. This stuff is no longer legal to collect becasue of the National Forest service restrictions, fortunately I have quite a bit of it for tumbling and making cabs...

That is very nice looking wood! I've only had experience tumbling the Gabbs, Nevada stuff and it''s nice enough but much more fractured than your material. That's one fine shine you got on it too. The Gabbs stuff frequently is a bit difficult to get to a mirror finish....Mel
