The big day is here!
May the tree contest begin!
As I told you before, all the members who sent at least two leaves to me, or were lucky enough to be "sponsored" by a leaves' maker, may enter the contest.
These members would be as follows, in alphabetical order:

I would like to thank you again everyone. The making of those trees would had not been possible without your contributions, no matter if this contribution was making some leaves or giving a reason to a friend of yours to make some more leaves
If I forgot someone in the list above, I apologize by now and I invite him/her or his/her donor to post here in order to correct the missing.
I would like to add two more persons on the competitors' list and kindly invite them to take part to the fun:
One of them is zotica - Zoran. When I visited him in September, we were rockhounding to a place where we found some very nice pet woods. I placed a pet wood limb on the base of each tree, so Zoran, you are so welcome to join the fun and the contest
The other one is a member that had no direct contribution to those trees, yet without him those trees could not even had been imagined: he's the one that gathered all of us in this place and whom I'd like to thank him for that.
Mark, it would be a pleasure to have you among the competitors
Now, let me remind you the rules of the contest:
The poll that ended not long ago was tight but showed that the majority would prefer an open contest. So, let it be like that
Each competitor should post in this thread his/her chosen name.
The name could be either for the specific tree that is the prize of the competition, or for both of the trees, or one name for each of them.
This way you have more options in choosing the name, I think.
You may change the name, the last one will be considered. If two persons chose the same name, the first posted has priority.

This phase of the contest will end on Thursday, April 23rd and then it will be a family meeting to choose about ten favorite names. The final choice of the winner will be yours, by voting.
