Blue agate, blue chalcedony, and blue japser are not unheard of, so it could any of them.
Sodalite is softer than the above. Try a scratch test. If I am remebering my hardness correctly, sodalite is a little softer and will be scratched by steel. All the others (SiO2 with impurities) will scratch the steel.

Yeah, do a hardness test like 150FF said. I've seen sodalite (or at least stuff labelled as so) with the yellows like that, usually a "lower grade" edition.
