Well, I let these go through the whole cycle in the rotary tumbler. They started the first week of January and I just pulled them out of the burnishing. I love Tigers Eye! Sorry about the blurry close ups. Thanks for looking! Fran

Hmmm, Easiest? I have been doing something wrong then or is is just the great quality of the rocks you get. You don't know how many were lost along the way due to pitting and splitting. I left them in the tumbler to finish all the way through since I didn't have enough for the vibe. I have also decided my vibe sucks compared to yours....(Somehow, this all doesn't sound right. Fran

Fran: Well those were worth the stress, they look great!!! 4 months, ugh now I know why I don't tumble. I think Randy said tiger's eye is NOT easy to tumble, Amber

Oh, Duhhh, I need to clean my glasses or learn to read right. I know I think they are hard and Randy does too. That makes since. Thought I was really doing something wrong there. Fran

Great shine on those! I have ruined some tiger's eye right at the end in the tumbler, so I applaud the nice finish on yours!

A lot of time some of my pieces get dull on the edges like the fibers are getting pulled out. I do not see any of that. Great job!!!!

These are gorgeous Fran. You've given me hope now. I have some here too, that I've been afraid to tumble.
