Wow they look great. I have been looking to get some Tigereye and cant find it. Dose someoen know were I could get some?

I'm glad you all like them! I got this rough from Dad's rock shop. I have some rough now that I got from the rock shed. It looks to be a pretty good quality so I look forward to doing another batch when I get a tumbler open for it. Fran

Whats that little winkie man right on the centre stone? the one shaped like a boomerang?

I suspect it is hematite. Several of the stones have a little metalic look to them in a layer. You get more of it on that stone because of the way it was broken, with the layer exposed. I think it looks pretty cool myself. Fran

Great shine with the Tiger eye. Its my first time with these, I have a 3lb mix of amythist, smokey quartz, and Tiger eye, started. Did 100 hours with sand, 200 hours 60/90 they still need alot more time in first stage. So instead of dumping out the 60/90, just added more sand and will see if they need another round of coarse grind. This set is going to take awhile. Just hope mine turn out as well as yours when they get ready for the next stages. Thanks for the pictures.

excellent batch..I'm curios how you broke the pieces down to the size? usually tiger eye comes in chunks.
