I'm on my back deck...washing my rocks in 80 degree weather ;D and I noticed some odd little shapes in a couple of slabs of willow creek. the 2 blackish "points" that are pointing left sure do look like quartz points. this is a crop pic of same area. (well THAT sure was a waste of cropping! Sheesh ) then on this slab (sorta center) I saw what looked like the shape of one of those amethyst flowers. A center eye with quartz points radiating out. I know...kinda geeky but I thought it was cool! And lastly...this is my favorite slab of willow creek I have right now. thanks all.

Wow liz, I can see why that last one is your fav. It is an outstanding slab. If it were mine, I would polish it as is. I would hate to see it cut up. Thanks fpr sharing, Daniel

Very nice patterns in those slabs. I can see both the points and the flower you mentioned also - good eyes you there.

Yep, that last slab is amazing. Need to get that one on the vibrolap pronto. And how about the scotty dog in the first slab. He is looking back over his shoulder. No doubt it is a Scotty! T
