Came into the office yesterday to find a very heavy, duct-taped box from Stoneviews. Over in the buy,sell,trade area Clint posted an offer for lace agate at $2 a pound. I took him up on it and bought 15 lbs. His scale must be broken, because he included some extra.
And it looks great. A lot of purple and reds, kind of reminiscent of amethyst lace, only in reverse, if you know what I mean. I hope to get some pieces on the saw and the grinder this weekend, weather permitting. And will post some pix of the box if I can get the camera working.
I definitely would recommend Clint and his stoneviews site.
