I really love Indian Paint Stone. I know it's a pain in the a$$ to work and messy, messy, messy. But I am fascinated with it. I love the patterns and colors. Anyway, last year in a post I said how much I liked it and Daniel (firewalker45) asked if I would like some. Of course I said, "No not interested." HA! Just kidding. I told him I would love some. At the time he was having problems getting it stabilized and when he was slicing it, it would fall apart. Time passed and I figured it just wasn't meant to be 'cause the stuff is soft and I thought maybe it was a no go. I actually forgot about it. Well, Daniel didn't. A few weeks ago I opened my mailbox and there was a package. I got so excited when I saw who it was from. This is what he sent me. Thank you so much Daniel. I haven't had a chance to cab any of it yet, but I'm hoping to soon. At least one of the slabs will be face polished for display. Mitzi

Mitzi: Don't you just love a total surprise box sent like that!!! I love this stuff too, but I agree it is a mess, and so hard to cab! Great scenes in these slabs! I wonder if he can share how he stabilized it? Now get to making some of your awesome cabs! Amber
