I recently was given several boxes of "junk" rock from my local rock club. Today I was digging through them and found these 3 lil gifts. I need some help with ID's. Ok first one I think is a herkimer diamond in matrix. closeup ok the next 2 are totally wild. They are crystal formations on fossilized seashells. My question is what are the crystals? closeup second one lots of angles closeup Thanks for looking, any info would be appreciated.

Those are dogtooth calcite crystals on a fossilized clam shell from Florida. Ruck's Pit most likely.

And from what I have seen of Eddie Ruck's prices for them, they are 'worth their weight in gold'.

yeah, your right, they used to let you go into the pits to dig but now they closed that and bring the leftover piles up top. They sell the clams now

Is there an online store to buy the specimens?

Those clams were all over Quartzite two or three years ago. Last year I could not barely find one vendor with only a few.
